Present Continious
to be + Ving


Adverbs of frequency: 
now, at the moment, right now
 a) permanent

Example: I am a teather. The sun rises in the east.
 a) temporary

Example: I'm having a lot of work these days.

 b) routine/habit 

Example: I get up at 7.
 b) action happening now 

Example: I am reading a book now.

 c) timetable (also about future)

Example: My bus lives at 9. My bus lives at 8 next week. 
c) action around now 

Example: This month I'm reading an interesting book.

 d) sport comments 
d) fixed arrangment/plans

Example: I'm having a party this weekend.

e) negative feelings or irritation 

Example: She is always being so talkative.
